Choc Muffin Birthday Cake
Packet birthday cakes are full of sugar and unrecognisable ingredients!
Our muffin mix can be made in a scrummy birthday cake that is low in sugar, not too sweet and of course full of nourishment.
10 mins prep | 30 mins cook
You will need:
- 1 pack of Sneekico Choc Muffins with Beetroot and berry
- 3 eggs
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ C gluten free flour (or regular flour)
- 1 large bowl
- A small round cake pan
Method:
- Prep oven to 180 degrees C
- Line your cake tin and grease the sides
- Add eggs and coconut crema to bowl and whisk
- Add baking powder and flour to the mix
- Add choc muffin mix
- Mix really well to combine
- Let sit for 5 minutes
- Bake for 30 mins
- Test with a skewer and leave to cool
- Add yogurt on top and decorate
